Ryan Evans is a Project Manager at ICSR. His research interests include radicalisation, Islamist ideologies, and insurgency. He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2005. Ryan then moved to Washington, DC, where he worked as an analyst for three years at a small research firm specializing in Islamist networks. In 2007, he completed a study on radicalisation and the evolution of homegrown terrorist networks in the West, due to be published in a collection on geopolitics in 2009 by Routledge. He is currently pursuing a MA in Intelligence and International Security in the War Studies Department at King's College London.
